Here at London Graffiti Removal we were contacted by Lovell builders with regard to cleaning up a number of external hard surfaces ready for hand over of the development to their client.

The large site located in Peckham, South London was due to be handed over to the client just 2 weeks after the initial enquiry to us was made.

A site survey was carried out the next day by our specialist london pressure washing team who, along with the site manager identified a number of areas requiring specialist cleaning, these included:

The site manager’s priority was that the work was carried out quickly and safely.

We submitted our Risk Assessment & Method Statements to the client and were awarded the works, which commenced the following week.

Our team carried out the specialist external cleaning works over the course of 4 days, successfully cleaning many different surfaces to a high standard.

After the original planned 4 days on site were completed the client was so impressed that they asked us to return the following week to clean 1000 square meters of underground tarmac carpark.
