Gutter Clearing & Cleaning FAQ’s

How much do you charge for gutter clearing?

Gutter clearing pricing is based on the property itself, what access equipment is required and the location of the property. Its best to call us on 01494 355304 for an exact quote but as a guideline here are some prices for average properties we have worked on:

1. 3 bed, 2 story semi detached house with no conservetory, or single story extensions. Gutters front and back – £80+vat
2. 5 bed detached, 2 story, with a 3rd story dormer window and a detached garage. 4 sides of gutter on the house and garage – £250+vat
3. Single side of gutter on a 2 storey, 3 bed house – £60+vat (our minimum local call out charge)
4. 3 bed, 3 storey townhouse with gutters front and back – £125 +vat

How come you don’t charge gutter clearing per meter?

We provide fixed pricing for all of our services, the price is based on a number of factors including how long our experience thinks the job will take to complete and what access equipment will be required etc etc. We find there are far too many variables in gutter clearing to be able to provide fixed prices when quoting per meter.

What equipment do you use for gutter clearing?

Our first preference is to use the gutter vacuum, along with our gutter camera to inspect the gutters once they have been cleared.

Second to that our team would use ladders for short duration works upto the second storey of your property, along with all relevant ladder safety equipment. Or for longer duration works they would use our mobile access tower which will allow them to safely work at heights of upto 8 meters.

For higher level gutters and those that are difficult to access  our team use our own specialist spider access machine, which is only 780mm wide to allow for access through back gates and will safely reach heights of 17.75 meters!

What height are you able to clear gutters to?

The equipment we carry on board will allow us to clear gutters upto the fifth floor which is approx 17 meters high!
